Can I be represented if I move during my claim?
Yes. Federal disability programs mean your claim travels with you. If you move to another area we serve, your existing representative can continue your case.
How does your fee work?
Our fee is set by law: 25% of your back pay, capped at $9,200. You pay nothing unless we win your case. No retainer. No surprise bills.
